Refunds

All sales are final. There are two exceptions, below. Where the law in your country gives you more rights, those apply.

1. Something broke on our side

If a round fails because of us (the interviewer never joined, the call dropped, or it was too short to score), you get the round back automatically, to take again. You don't need to ask.

If the same round fails on our side a second time, write to us and we refund it.

2. You paid twice by mistake

If you were charged twice for the same thing, write to us and we refund the extra payment.

3. What we don't refund

A round you took that worked as it should, whatever the result.
The unused jobs in a 3-job purchase once you have started one of them. They stay yours to use within 90 days of paying.
Jobs left in a 3-job purchase after its 90 days.

4. How to ask

Email hello@clearthebar.ai from the address you sign in with. Tell us what you bought and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.

A refund goes back the way you paid. Cards take 5 to 10 days to show it; UPI usually up to 7 working days.

Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. We answer every request, and it is faster for you.
