Terms
Last updated 10 October 2026
These are the rules for using Clear the Bar, a service of DSB Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”). By signing in or paying, you agree to them.
1. What Clear the Bar is
You paste a real job posting. An AI interviewer runs interview rounds against what that posting asks for, and you get a result, written feedback and a recording.
It is preparation, not a hiring decision. No employer is involved unless you send them a link, and we don't promise any job, interview or outcome. Results come from AI and can be wrong; use them as one view, not the final word.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a link we email you, so keep your email account safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Use your own name, resume and voice. Don't sign up as someone else.
3. Fair use
- Take rounds on your own time. Never use Clear the Bar for live help during a real interview.
- Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or get at other people's data.
- Don't share someone else's recording or result without their permission.
- Don't paste anything you have no right to share.
4. Payments
Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, or in rupees in India. You pay before a round starts. What you buy and how long it lasts is shown before you pay; a 3-job purchase is yours to use within 90 days of paying.
In India, your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which also collects the GST included in the price.
All sales are final, with the exceptions on our refunds page.
5. Your recordings and links
Your resume, your answers and your recordings stay yours. You let us store and use them to run your rounds, score them, and show them to you and to anyone you share a link with.
A link you share can be opened by anyone who has it, until you turn it off. You are responsible for who you send it to.
6. Changes and interruptions
We improve Clear the Bar all the time, so things will change. If a round fails because of us, you get it back to take again (see the refunds page). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
7. Limits
Clear the Bar is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a job you did not get, and our total responsibility to you is no more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that can't be taken away, you keep them.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies. Questions: hello@clearthebar.ai.
